South Wales Police mounted a major crackdown on drugs dealers in the western sectors of it’s force area in last few days. Code named Operation Louisiana it focused on sustained raids on key persons suspected of major drugs dealing. A number of early morning raids on various houses resulted in a number of arrests.

Specialist Police Rapid entry teams and trained drugs sniffer dogs were used during the raids. The photos show the Rapid Entry Teams going into action on targeted addresses and suspects being arrested and taken into custody. Black Planet was in the unique position to capture these images as the raids took place.
